Poco ma buone. Diego Miedo, Bitonto, 2023. Comics&Murales is a project aimed at boys and girls aged 12 and up, with the goal of creating a graphic novel and a mural to tell a story.
From June 12 to 17, 2023, Bitonto Comics&Murales, a project aimed at boys and girls ages 12 and up that aims to create a graphic novel and a mural with the aim of telling a story about Bitonto narrated from the point of view of the youngest generation youngest in the city. During the week of workshops, the girls and boys learned how to write, draw and layout a comic book under the guidance of Diego Miedo, author of drawings and comic stories. A following the identification of the characters and their stories, the drawings were placed on the retaining walls of the urban park on Togliatti Street, creating a symbolic connection between the ancient heart of the city, where the municipal library is located, and its suburbs. Close to the wall of the course participants, Diego Miedo himself was able to create his own personal work on the cage at the center of the Urban Park on Via Togliatti, a story circular with his colorful imagery.
